HAMARA CHASKA
Terms of Service
1. Who you're agreeing with
This website (hamarachaska.com) is operated by Hamara Chaska Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 16602263, incorporated 23 July 2025) with its registered office in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We're not offended — but we can't grant the use without the agreement.
2. What this site is
hamarachaska.com is a brand-presence website for the Hamara Chaska halal frozen food range. The site exists to:
- Communicate who we are and what we make
- Allow trade buyers (retailers, distributors, foodservice operators, wholesale importers) to contact us about supply
- Provide a credible verification point for recipients of our B2B outreach
It is not an online shop, not a consumer storefront, not a trade-buyer portal, not a place to place orders. We sell exclusively B2B and only through direct engagement (you email us, we discuss commercial terms, we deliver under a written supply agreement).
3. Who can use the site
This site is intended for business users — people researching or representing organisations interested in stocking, distributing, or serving Hamara Chaska products. If you're an individual consumer looking for our products at retail, you should find them through your usual retailer rather than contacting us directly.
Anyone may browse the site. Anyone with a legitimate trade enquiry may email us via the address shown. We reserve the right not to respond to enquiries that are clearly not trade-related, abusive, automated spam, or fraudulent.
4. Trade enquiries — what they commit you to (and don't)
Sending us a trade enquiry email does not create a contract, offer, or commitment to supply between you and us. A supply agreement only exists once both parties have signed a written supply agreement and we have confirmed availability and commercial terms.
Pricing displayed on any document we share (including price sheets we may attach to email correspondence) is indicative until confirmed in a signed agreement and may change due to currency movement, supply costs, regulatory changes, or container-specific economics.
5. Halal claims
We describe our range as “halal certified at origin” — meaning that the products are certified halal by competent certification authorities in the country of manufacture, and we provide certification documents on request as part of trade due diligence.
We are not a halal certifier. We do not issue halal certificates ourselves. The halal status of any specific batch is documented by the certifying body whose mark appears on the product packaging. Buyers requiring specific halal certifications (HMC, JAKIM, MUI, etc.) for their market should confirm requirements with us during the trade enquiry phase — we may or may not be able to supply against a specific certification body's standard.
6. Intellectual property
The Hamara Chaska name, logo, packaging design, brand assets, recipes, supplier relationships, and all original content on this site are the intellectual property of Hamara Chaska Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially use any of it without our prior written consent.
You are welcome to:
- Link to this site from your own website or social media
- Reference Hamara Chaska in editorial or trade-news context
- Quote our publicly stated tagline (“There Is Only One Food Habit.”) with attribution
- Share or repost public posts from our Facebook Page or Instagram account through the platform's native sharing tools
7. Linking to and from this site
We may link to third-party websites (for example, social-media platforms or trade-association resources). We are not responsible for the content of those sites. Links are provided as a convenience, not as an endorsement.
If you link to us from another site, please link to the homepage or to a specific document we've shared with you — don't deep-link to assets in a way that misrepresents the relationship between our brand and yours.
8. No warranties beyond statutory rights
We make reasonable efforts to keep this site up to date and accurate, but we don't warrant that:
- The site will always be available (Vercel's CDN is highly reliable but no service has 100% uptime)
- Every piece of content reflects the absolute latest state of our operations (commercial terms move faster than we update marketing copy)
- The site is free from minor errors or omissions
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, or our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability to you for any matter arising from your use of this site is limited to £100.
9. Indemnity
If you cause us loss by violating these terms — for example, by misrepresenting the Hamara Chaska brand, breaching our intellectual property, or making fraudulent enquiries — you agree to indemnify us against reasonable costs incurred in addressing that loss.
10. Termination
We may suspend or block access to this site at our discretion, for example if we detect abuse, scraping, or activity that risks the site's availability for legitimate users. Termination doesn't end any obligations either of us has under a separately negotiated supply agreement.
11. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after that 30-day window means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
